How may I return a piece and what must I do?

Although we do not believe it will necessary or will happen.


Nomad Silhoutte lda provides the possibility to cancel your order at no cost, whenever you notify us of the cancellation before the order has been placed at the disposal of the shipping company for its shipment. Otherwise, you should wait to receive the order and only then process its return.

 

Once the product is delivered, you will have a period of thirty (15) working days from receipt of the order to cancel the contract and return the purchased product. You must inform Nomad Silhouette lda by e-mail to [email protected], within this period, of your desire to terminate the contract, as follows:

 

1.Resend the product in its new state and with original packaging properly packed to Nomad Silhouette Lda – Av Dom Afonso Henriques, 1196, sala 211, 4450-012, Matosinhos – Portugal  Identify the number of the purchase process related to the return you are making as well as the reasons that led to the return of the product

Within five (5) days from the date Nomad Silhouette lda receives the product returned to Nomad Silhouette lda you will return the purchase money by the same means by which you received it.

The right of withdrawal/resolution will be free of charge, but you will have at your expense the costs of returning the product to the address indicated above


 



IN ADDITION, WE WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU WOULD CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

1. The right to withdraw from the contract whose object is the supply of customized articles is not admitted

2. Make sure that the articles are in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the same, of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage. Please return the article using or including all its original wrappings and other documents that, if applicable, accompany it. In any case, you must deliver together with the product to return the invoice you received when you made the purchase.

3. You must return in the same shipment all the items you have purchased in the same order you want to return.

4. If you have delivered an offer with the product you wish to return, it must also be returned in the same conditions. Otherwise, the amount to be refunded will be debited, the amount corresponding to the value of the offer.

5. We cannot offer you a product exchange.

6. You can send your return only from the same country in which you placed your order.

7. No returns will be accepted with transportation expenses paid by the recipient.

8. No returns will be accepted for procedures other than those described here.

9. Only those products that have been returned in accordance with our returns policy will be reimbursed.

PRODUCTS WITH IMPERFECTIONS OR DEFECTS

We inform you that all products sent are thoroughly reviewed to avoid these situations.

However, if you consider that the product presents any imperfection or manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service by sending an email to [email protected].

We will examine the returned product thoroughly and will notify you within a reasonable time if a refund is made. The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to some imperfection or defect, once verified, will be refunded to you in full, including delivery costs you may have incurred, within 14 days. The return will be made by the same means of payment that was used to pay the order.
