All our deliveries will be made through a Carrier. Without prejudice to what is established in Clause 6 regarding stock availability, the delivery will be made, as a general rule, within four (3) working days from the day following the day you place the order, 5 working days for EEC countries and 10 working days for the rest of the countries (in the latter case the deadline depends on the customs clearance according to each country's legislation). This period may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the shipping area. In addition, in exceptional circumstances, this deadline could be altered by extraordinary incidences in the transport service or by difficulties in the delivery of the goods. The shipping costs are those specified in the purchase.

The deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. No orders are prepared and no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

*During sales, Christmas campaign or special promotions the time of delivery may be higher than usual.


For orders with customized items, the delivery time is between 15-20 working days.

Please note that the delivery should be able to be made at the address you indicate and business hours.

We also emphasize the importance of providing us with a contact telephone number when placing the order, so that we can contact you in case the delivery suffers any incidence.

Remember that we do not ship to Post Offices, it is essential that you give us the exact and complete address of the delivery, which should never be located in a country other than the country of purchase.

If you purchased from the International Store, the delivery time depends on the country from which you made the purchase and the selected shipping method. This information is available during the purchase process.

If you do not receive your order within the above mentioned period or have any doubts you can contact us by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

In case we cannot make a delivery, we will contact you to schedule a new delivery. 

In case delivery is not possible after three attempts, we will schedule the return and refund the amount you have already paid.
