You will need a measuring tape (if you don't have one, please download this file and print it without re-dimension or adjust to page). Roll the measuring tape around your wrist where you will use your être bracelet. Check the measure indicated on the tape in the meeting point between '0' and the tape. If the measure points between two numbers, please use the bigger one. If you like it larger increase half a centimetre.
